Studio2046 Stools<Velasca Stool

Designed for Unipol for the 2019 Salone del Mobile furniture exhibition at Velasca Tower, this exquisite stool is distinguished by soft, harmonious curves. The plush seat is richly stuffed and upholstered in burgundy fabric, sustained by an airy iron structure comprised of three tubular legs curving at the base and ending with spherical feet. A ring-like stretcher seals the design. The structure, measuring 35 cm in diameter from foot to foot, contrasts with the seat’s more compact 25 cm diameter, creating a balanced interplay of proportions. Slight imperfections and inclusions are enhanced by the handcrafted manufacturing process.
