This magnificent piece is a celebration of Thonet’s centuries-old tradition and iconic designs. It was created in 2015 as part of the Targa collection by Italian-Danish designer duo GamFratesi. Featuring a stunning frame that is visible also from the back, this piece boasts two distinctive features of the brand’s aesthetic: the Viennese straw that adorns the back, and the beechwood bent with the use of steam. The enveloping cushions are covered in a grey fabric that elegantly contrasts with the natural finish of the wood. This piece is also available in the 3-seat version and with brass feet.
